Warranty Information:

All of my hoops come with a 1 year internal parts warranty , this covers the LED lights , batteries , wiring harness, switch and charging jack. It does NOT cover the Tubing, Velcro closers or the Chargers

The Warranty is VOID if you use any battery chargers other than the ones supplied through LED Heady Hoops or if you open the hoop and try to service it yourself. Or if it has been tossed in the lake, run over by a mower, used for a tug o war toy with the dog or human or set on fire.

Exchange / Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with your hoop with in 1 week of receiving it you can return it for an exchange for a different, equal value hoop or I can refund  the purchase price only (Not the shipping fees) & you are responsible for shipping charges to send it back.

Please E-mail me for instructions & to let me know you are returning a hoop for exchange or service

Repair Rates:

If you kink the hoop's tubing, send it in with $25, I'll fix it & ship it back this cover the tube and shipping.

Standard Labor rate of $25 per hour applies to all non warranty repairs, parts are covered in that cost but not shipping.
